Sam Harrity
Sam has over 25 years of experience in finance and capital markets, holding an MBA from Columbia University and with former positions at Kiavi, Mynd, Corevest, Auction.com and Deutsche Bank. His focus across these organizations has been managing special projects including expansion of products, building new lines of business and structured finance. A lifelong competitive horseman, Sam oversees operations and finance at LSR.

Danielle Harrity
As head trainer at LSR, Danielle brings 40 years of riding and 25 years of management and business development experience to the program. She grew up riding competitively and managed a show barn after college, training with European Olympic medalists. Danielle was also the Director of Events and new projects for Blue Hill restaurants in New York for 14 years. She returned to the horses full time in 2019, bringing the world’s best hospitality to LSR.
Sam and Danielle have been working together since 1997. They currently live in Wellington, Florida, where their 2 children are also competitive riders.
